Damage and Liability Policy

Responsibility for Damages

• Renters are fully responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period, whether caused by accidents, misuse, or failure to follow operating guidelines.

• Normal wear and tear, such as minor scuffs or light scratches, is excluded from damage liability. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including dents, broken components, or mechanical system failures due to misuse, will be charged to the renter.

Theft Responsibility

• Renters are 100% responsible for the theft of the equipment while in their possession.

• In the event of theft, the renter agrees to pay the full replacement cost of a new unit, regardless of the circumstances.

• It is the renter’s responsibility to secure the equipment properly and take all reasonable precautions to prevent theft.

Insurance Requirements

• Renters are encouraged to ensure their personal insurance policy covers liability for damage or theft of rented equipment.

• 3G Powersports is not liable for theft or damages resulting from acts of God or negligence while the equipment is in the renter’s possession.

Pre- and Post-Rental Inspections

• A pre-rental inspection will be conducted with the renter to document any pre-existing damages or issues with the equipment. The renter is required to review and sign off on the inspection report before taking possession of the equipment.

• A post-rental inspection will be conducted upon return. Any damages found that were not noted during the pre-rental inspection will be charged to the renter.

Repair Costs

• All repair costs for damages incurred during the rental period will be assessed and billed to the renter. Repairs will be conducted at 3G Powersports’ shop at our standard hourly rate, plus the cost of parts.

• If equipment is severely damaged and cannot be rented for an extended period, the renter may also be held responsible for lost rental income during the repair period.

Fuel and Cleaning Responsibilities

• Equipment must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If not, a refueling service fee will be applied, which includes the cost of fuel, transportation time (if applicable), and a service fee.

• Equipment must be returned in a clean condition. Excessive dirt, mud, or debris will result in a cleaning fee based on our standard hourly shop rate.

Prohibited Uses

• The equipment may not be used for racing, stunts, or any illegal activities. Evidence of prohibited use will result in additional charges and potential legal action.

• Unauthorized use by individuals not listed on the rental agreement is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of the rental agreement without a refund.

Severe Weather Responsibility

• Renters are responsible for protecting the equipment during severe weather conditions to prevent damage. Any damage resulting from negligence during such events will be charged to the renter.

Indemnity and Liability

• Renters agree to indemnify and hold 3G Powersports harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the operation or use of rented equipment, including third-party claims.

• Renters assume all risks associated with the operation of the rented equipment. 3G Powersports is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period.

Acknowledgment of Policy

• By renting equipment from 3G Powersports, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Damage and Liability Policy. This acknowledgment is binding even if the renter does not sign a separate waiver.
