1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all customers, renters, and users of our website and services.
2. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Use of our equipment or services is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Rental and Repair Policy
All rentals and repairs are subject to the terms outlined in our Rental and Repair Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
By renting equipment or requesting repairs, you agree to abide by the policies outlined, including payment terms, security deposit requirements, and responsibilities for damages.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for rentals, or other services must be made in full before services are rendered.
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. Debit cards are not accepted for security deposits.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Cancellation Policy included in our Rental and Repair Policy.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our equipment or services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Racing or stunts.
Operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Allowing unauthorized individuals to operate rented equipment.
Violating these terms will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund and may result in additional charges or legal action.
6. Website Use
By accessing our website, you agree not to:
Use the website for fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior authorization.
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any violation of these terms.
7. Liability and Indemnity
You assume all risks associated with the operation or use of rented equipment and services.
3G Powersports is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental or repair period.
You agree to indemnify and hold 3G Powersports harmless from any claims, damages, or losses, including third-party claims, arising from your use of our equipment or services.
8. Theft and Damages
Renters are 100% responsible for the theft of rented equipment while in their possession and agree to pay the full replacement cost of a new unit.
Renters are also responsible for all damages beyond normal wear and tear, including costs for repairs and lost rental time if applicable.
9. Insurance
Renters are encouraged to ensure their personal insurance policy covers liability for damage or theft of rented equipment.
Optional insurance coverage may be available for additional fees.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Idaho.
All claims must be filed in Bonner County, Idaho.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
