Yes! We offer a 10% discount on labor when you pay with cash. This applies to all repair and service work, helping you save while ensuring top-quality workmanship.

It depends on the job. Some repairs can be done the same day, while others requiring parts or extensive labor may take longer. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when you schedule.

We prioritize OEM (original manufacturer) parts whenever possible for reliability, but we also offer high-quality aftermarket options based on your needs and budget.

Yes, you may supply your own parts, but please note that we do not warranty labor if the part is incorrect or defective. If a supplied part fails, you will be responsible for the additional labor costs to replace it.

For example, if we disassemble the engine cover, install a customer-supplied stator, replace the gasket, refill the oil, and then diagnose a failure caused by a faulty part, the customer would be responsible for the cost of redoing the job. To avoid this risk, we recommend using OEM parts or sourced through us, as we ensure their quality and compatibility.

Yes! We stand by our craftsmanship with a 6-month labor warranty on all recommended repairs.

We use OEM estimating software to provide accurate labor cost estimates. If the job takes less time than estimated, we charge less. However, some jobs may take longer than expected. We prioritize clear and transparent communication and will keep you informed of any cost updates before proceeding with additional work.

For larger repairs or custom work requiring special-order parts, a deposit may be required. We’ll discuss this upfront if applicable.

If something isn’t right after service, contact us immediately. We back our work with a labor warranty and will make it right if it’s related to the repair.

We primarily operate by appointment, but if you’re in a bind, reach out—we’ll do our best to help!
