1. Mandatory Safety Gear

  • All riders and operators must wear appropriate safety gear, including but not limited to:

    • Helmets (required for all riders, no exceptions).

    • Goggles.

    • Protective clothing, such as long sleeves, pants, and boots.

  • Safety gear is the responsibility of the renter. If required, safety gear can be provided for an additional fee, subject to availability.

2. Pre-Rental Safety Briefing

  • All renters must participate in a mandatory safety briefing before operating any equipment.

  • The briefing includes:

    • Instructions on proper operation of the equipment.

    • Review of all safety features and emergency protocols.

    • Overview of local laws and regulations related to equipment use.

  • Renters are required to acknowledge their understanding of the briefing by signing the safety acknowledgment form.

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • Renters must comply with all applicable traffic laws, trail regulations, and local ordinances while operating the equipment.

  • Use of the equipment on unauthorized trails, private property, or restricted areas is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund:

    • Operating the equipment under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.

    • Engaging in reckless behavior, stunts, or racing.

    • Carrying passengers beyond the equipment’s capacity or intended use.

5. Equipment Maintenance and Inspection

  • All equipment undergoes regular maintenance and safety inspections to ensure it is in optimal working condition.

  • Renters must perform a visual inspection of the equipment during the pre-rental process and report any concerns immediately.

6. Emergency Protocols

  • In case of an accident, injury, or mechanical failure, renters must:

    • Stop operating the equipment immediately.

    • Notify 3G Powersports as soon as possible using the provided emergency contact information.

    • Follow any instructions provided by 3G Powersports to ensure safety and minimize damage.

7. Weather Conditions

  • Renters are responsible for assessing weather conditions before and during operation.

  • Equipment must not be operated during severe weather conditions that may compromise safety, such as heavy rain, snowstorms, or high winds.

  • Renters are responsible for securing equipment during adverse weather conditions to prevent damage.

8. Renter Responsibility

  • Renters are fully responsible for ensuring that they operate the equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

  • Any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines will be the sole responsibility of the renter.

9. Reporting Incidents

  • Renters must report any incidents, including injuries, accidents, or equipment damage, to 3G Powersports immediately.

  • Failure to report incidents may result in additional charges or legal consequences.

10. Acknowledgment of Safety Policy

  • By renting equipment from 3G Powersports, renters acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Safety Policy.

  • A signed acknowledgment form is required before the rental period begins.
